The room was cleaned daily but did n't look or feel particularly clean and available on the top level. All the staff was accommodating, fixed my issues. The location was great, easy walk to Britomart.

Had a very good stay on the 1st & 2nd nights of our stay. the staff were very amiable. - Location was decently central to everything we wanted to do. - Hotel was close to great eating places, shops, and entertainment. - Got to enjoy brunch at the nearby Orleans.

Great base for 3 nights with accommodating staff from the front office manager. Efficiency from the whole staff. Complimentary breakfast selection of nice things. Very early check-in and late check-out, parking onsite. No charge for housekeeping service and ironing too.
