this place is simply a disaster, the toilet requires a Herculean push to flush while the air-conditioning unit spews hot air like a faulty furnace. expected a complimentary upgrade for my troubles but instead got neglected like everyone else. possibly could've been a good stay, but just couldn’t!

What an incredible experience! The convenient location is just a short walk from major attractions. The spacious apartment impressed us with its stunning harbor view and comfortable accommodations. The staff were incredibly helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Nothing beats waking up to that breathtaking skyline view each morning!

Ideal place for a holiday getaway
The apartment had an amazing in-room washing machine, a lifesaver on a longer stay. Front desk service was attentive, they gave us a free upgrade, which was a pleasant surprise.
It wasn't exactly affordable but still acceptable given the views.

We enjoyed the awesome views of the Auckland Harbour from our apartment, making mornings feel special. The location was perfect—close to Queen Street and just a short walk to the ferry terminal, which was a hit with the kids.
My kids wished there were cleaning supplies in the apartment for some light tidying up.

Staying with friends was awesome! The views from our apartment were incredible, and the location was prime. We explored the ferry terminal and the Viaduct Harbour—both super easy to reach. The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch, too. Just a heads-up, parking can be tricky, so plan ahead for your car.
One downside was the constant noise from a nearby nightclub, which made it hard to relax during the night. It might bug light sleepers.
